Yellow fever vaccine is regulated by the World Health Organisation under International Health Regulations to prevent the spread of yellow fever.
Centres in Scotland are regulated by Health Protection Scotland and to become a yellow fever centre it is necessary to undertake specific training first.
Existing centres have to renew their registration every two years and complete further training.
This should ensure that the clinic you attend is up to date with the current yellow fever regulations and information.
