At the moment, there are several vaccine shortages and supplies are sporadic.
If you are not able to get a vaccine such as Hepatitis B due to the shortage, then preventative advice on how to reduce the likelihood of being exposed is important. We have always advocated that the advice we give is often more important than the injections we give. It is still very worthwhile seeing your practice nurse or attending a travel clinic even if there are no vaccines available
